Privacy notice.

This is a plain-language placeholder pending professional legal review under Thailand's PDPA. It describes our current intent, not a final policy.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, email, optional phone, and the details of your enquiry, application or feedback. We do not ask for and do not want any health, medical, dietary-medical or other sensitive personal data.

Consent

We use double opt-in for marketing: you confirm by clicking a link we email you. We record the exact consent wording, its version, the page it came from, and the time — so every permission is auditable. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time.

How we use it

To contact you about the GOOD/SET pilot, your application, or your enquiry — and, only if you opted in, occasional product updates. We do not sell your data or use advertising trackers. Analytics is cookieless and loads only if you accept it.

Where it lives

In our managed database (Supabase). Access is limited to the GOOD/SET team. We store a salted hash of the request source for consent records, never a raw IP address.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you. Use the contact page and we'll action it.

Contact route and data-controller details will be finalised with the registered Thai entity.
